== Notes ==
* Items and passive abilities cannot benefit from the conditional buff - they will not gain additional spirit power, duration, or range. 
* The buff which provides the player with the conditional ability range, ability duration, and spirit power lasts for {{ItemData|Arcane Surge|AbilityDuration}} seconds.
* The first ability cast after gaining the buff will consume the buff.
* The conditional ability range, ability duration, and spirit power are snapshot on ability use.
* The conditional spirit power is applied to the ability for its entire duration. This includes abilities that care about changes in the player's spirit power after its initial casting.

Examples:
* 6 seconds after gaining the conditional buff, {{HeroIcon|Vindicta}} uses {{AbilityIcon|Assassinate}}.
** This consumes the buff, and applies +{{ItemData|Arcane Surge|SpiritPower}} spirit power to {{AbilityIcon|Assassinate}}'s damage.
* 6 seconds after gaining the conditional buff, {{HeroIcon|Seven}} uses {{AbilityIcon|Lightning Ball}}.
** The buff is consumed.
** The {{AbilityIcon|Lightning Ball}} gains +{{ItemData|Arcane Surge|BonusAbilityDurationPercent}} ability duration and +{{ItemData|Arcane Surge|TechRadiusMultiplierBuff}} ability range.
** The {{AbilityIcon|Lightning Ball}} gains +{{ItemData|Arcane Surge|SpiritPower}} spirit power to its damage for its entire duration.
