* 6 seconds after gaining the conditional buff, [[Seven]] uses {{AbilityIcon|Power Surge}}.

** The buff is consumed.

** {{AbilityIcon|Power Surge}}'s ''damage'' benefits from +{{ItemData|Arcane Surge|SpiritPower}} spirit power for 1 second only. For the rest of its duration, the ''damage'' does not benefit from +20 spirit power.

** {{AbilityIcon|Power Surge}}'s total ''duration'' scales natively with spirit power at time of cast. The additional duration due to the +{{ItemData|Arcane Surge|SpiritPower}} spirit power is snapshot on cast, and is not lost when the {{ItemData|Arcane Surge|AbilityDuration}}s conditional buff is consumed.
