* Speculation regarding character backstories, relationships, interactions etc. should not be included under trivia. If an aspect of a character is mentioned or implied in the text of the game, it should be listed under "Lore" or "Character interactions" with appropriate citations, otherwise it should not be included.

* Inspiration or references to real life or outside media may be included if they're deemed significant/relevant enough. This includes references to other Valve games. Hero/Item forum suggestions may be included if either the reference is credited by the devs or if it shares enough significant aspects with the final version of the hero/item.

* Community in-jokes should not be listed under trivia, unless they're directly acknowledged by significant sources with citations included (e.g. the [[Slork]] joke is referenced in voice lines and news articles)
