Drifter appears as a strong young man with pale white skin, red eyes, messy brunette hair, a stubble beard, and a wicked smile. His large red hands with sharp nails are his weapon. He wears a dark brown jacket over what looks like an open red shirt with a large collar, a gray shirt, greenish-brown pants, a gray newsboy cap, brown boots, and a fingerless glove in his left hand. All his clothes are dirty and ragged, with bloodstains in his shirt collar. Notably, his jacket has a leather belt, but he uses a rope as a belt for his pants instead.
