*This item can be very effective on {{HeroIcon|Haze}}, as once she uses {{AbilityIcon|Sleep Dagger}} and/or {{AbilityIcon|Bullet Dance}}, she doesn't really need to cast any more abilities, meaning she is hardly effected by the item's self-Silencing properties while massively benefitting from the [[Fire Rate]] increase due to her {{ItemType|Weapon|Weapon}}-centric playstyle.
