Complete rewrite of the guide to hopefully be more helpful for new contributors.

Welcome to the Deadlock Wiki! This page is intended as an overall Guide to getting started with editing this wiki. In this guide, readers can learn about how to make their first edits, where to find resources for better edits, and what kinds of projects are ongoing that can be contributed too.
