***** The target loses 30% of their current health bar (80% --> 56% hp)

***** Because the target lost 24% of their max hp health bar, Lady Geist receives 24% of her max hp health bar (80%+24%), leaving her at 100% health.

** (3) If removing health from the enemy would ever result in them being lowered BELOW 30% of their max hp, instead set their health to 30% of their max hp
