A '''Superglide''' is a [[Mantling/Mantle_Glide|Mantle Glide]] followed by a grounded jump. This allows you to maintain the initial impulse from the Mantle Glide into the air. This also carries more speed, due to the lower friction coefficient in the air compared to the higher friction coefficient on the ground.

A Superglide is a Mantle Glide followed by a grounded jump. This allows you to maintain the initial impulse from the Mantle Glide into the air. This also carries more speed, due to the lower friction coefficient in the air compared to the higher friction coefficient on the ground.

The term Superglide comes from the similarly named and executed movement technique from the game Apex Legends.

Superglides are incredibly useful; if done correctly, they become a way to gain close to a Dash Jump's momentum for free from any mantle-able object on the map. Superglides are very useful for chases when you have a lower move speed or sprint speed than the enemy. Superglides also have a large use in rollouts throughout the map. A sideways Superglide can be performed by holding either left or right while Supergliding.

To execute, start a Mantle Glide. As soon as you become actionable, quickly jump. If done correctly, you should carry most of the Mantle Glide's momentum into the air and use no stamina bars.
