Before you ask yes, he is related to that The Crow family. He uses his vast power to control the flow of the city during the ritual. Using his army of Denizens to influence the flow of the match, controlled by his right hand man Mid-Boss. Who after a serious argument about the assassination of Viscous, Mid-Boss made a play for Crowneilus The Crows place in the mob. Leading a successful coupe Crowneilus was gunned down in the streets like a dog, leading to Mid-Boss to become the Top-Boss. Crowneilus ascended into the spirit realm, returning during each ritual to take his revenge.

Crownelius The Crow is only available in the hide out as a easter egg to his former glory. He is summoned during the crow mini game after you shoot 666 crows in one magazine. Once he is summoned you can fight him in his original boss state.

Crownelius The Crow is a really difficult boss, it is suggested that you build heavily into weapon damage and spirt resist to survive his attacks.

Crow slam- Crowneilus The Crow flies up before doing a big slam move on the ground.

Crow peck- Crownelius The Crow uses his big crow beak to peck reducing your spirit resist.

Crow Swarm- Crownelius the Crow does a big crow screech and summons a swarm of crows to attack you
