Mina is a slim, young East Asian woman (based on her facial features and "[[wikipedia:Ha|Ha]]" last name) with pale white skin. She has red eyes and blue-black hair that fades to red in a bob cut. She wears a short black dress with a collar and a red pendant, a black and blue jacket shaped like an umbrella or a [[wikipedia:Vampire_squid|vampire squid]] with red underside, red gloves, and black thigh-high boots and stockings. She carries a black umbrella with a spike at the top and red underside, and a red purse with a red bat pendant. Her weapon is a pistol with a wing accent lebeled "Nuit Rouge 7" ("Red Night 7" in French), with a magazine shaped like a red perfume bottle.
