== Overview ==
Pure Damage appears as white numbers, and a grey bar in the damage report tab.

Some items can function similarly to Pure Damage by bypassing mitigation of their damage type.

Some abilities or items show as Pure Damage (white numbers), however they are a post damage mitigation [[Damage Amplification|damage amp]], therefore the damage is already reduced once.

Only effects that make the player [[Status Effects#Invincibility|Invincible]] can block Pure Damage. However, {{ItemIcon|Plated Armor}} has a chance to deflect {{HeroIcon|Venator}}'s {{AbilityIcon|Ira Domini}} stakes.

{{HeroIcon|Venator}}'s {{AbilityIcon|Ira Domini}} and {{AbilityIcon|Gutshot}} (T3) are '''Blessed''', a unique modifier of Pure Damage that can also execute enemies under {{DataProp|Ira Domini|ExecuteThreshold}}% health.
