Shiv appears as a slender young man with reddish skin, black eyes, thick eyebrows, a tall brunette pompadour, and sideburns. He has a wooden prosthetic right arm that is longer than his real arm, with a metal hand. He wears a white shirt with a brown strap to carry his gun, a skin-tone undershirt, red pants, a brown belt, beige heeled shoes with brown soles, a brown fingerless glove, and carries a bomber jacket on his left arm. He carries a gray amulet with a red glass on his hip (seemingly inspired by the blood key from the movie [[wikipedia:Demon_Knight|''Demon Knight'']]<ref>{{YouTubeCite|_vujRFDWbVA|THE PROP SHOP 01: DEMON KNIGHT BLOOD KEY}}</ref>), that glows red when Shiv is at full Rage.
