Editing Talk:Grey TalonGive feedback

Talons 1 ability spirit scaling should be 1.1 by default and then 2.2 on the Tier 5 unlock. Don't know how to change this myself though. 

It's currently automated and technically correct. Like you said, it's 1.116 default and then goes up by 1.116 with the last upgrade.
