I wonder if Vyper being described as having a "Midwest" accent could be clarified somewhat.  Although the reference is Mina and "Midwest" is the whole of the description she utters (other than "stupid"), i would wager most persons today would associate "Midwestern accent" with General American, whereas Vyper's accent would be best described as "Inland Northern American", often commonly called "the Chicago/Cleveland/Detroit/Rust Belt/etc accent".  Hilariously, this accent supposedly did not exist prior to 1930, but nevertheless, today it should not be referred to as Midwestern American as that refers to four very different sounding accents, only one of them being Inland Northern.  I would ideally like to see the wiki say "Vyper has a Inland Northern American accent," i have no reference to provide, other that her voice actor is from Chicago, which is not a very good reference.  I think a good compromise would be "Vyper has a midwestern accent," which is more accurate, and we can keep the current reference. --Cgottsch (talk) 05:01, 30 August 2025 (UTC)

I just realized that my idea isnt as great as i originally thought; i thought that only the name of the accent is typically capitalized but apparently that region of the USA is formally capitalized as well, leaving the same disambiguation.  So i retract my suggestion.  Perhaps someone has a better one. --Cgottsch (talk) 05:04, 30 August 2025 (UTC)
