Removed example for Vindicta's ult, as recent patches have modified it such that the example provided is no longer correct. To my understanding, all similar kill-based stacking effects (Vindicta and Mo) now function for a few seconds after the relevant skill is used, meaning the comment as a whole is no longer needed.
