His head is a green sphere with a black neck connection and two misshapen black dots for eyes (the right one is slightly bigger). A black stick "skeleton" with ball joints can be seen inside his body. His weapon is a futuristic two-handed gun, similar to Kelvin's but black.

Viscous has had two proposed redesigns in the files, one in which he had a large body with a coral arm and an octopus-like creature inside his head, and another in which he was characterized as a tourist wearing shorts, sunglasses, an orange cap and a portable camera. His current portrait artwork and icon depict Viscous with a bulky featureless goo body, more similar to his current model.
