== Summary ==
The Seventh Moon was once a powerful crime family in Japan, led by siblings {{HeroIcon|Yamato|l1=Kaori}} and Yamato. The two siblings were born into power, and took over the organisation once their father died. With Yamato's dreams of expanding the Seventh Moon to the [[United States of America|United States]], the two siblings made a plan where Kaori would stay in Japan while Yamato would set up an international presence in America. However, several insecure underlings disliked the idea of being led by Kaori in Japan. This resulted in a brutal coup, where Yamato sacrificed himself to ensure Kaori and a small group of loyalists could escape to America. With a fraction of the power she once held, Kaori took up her brother's name and committed herself to rebuilding the Seventh Moon's might in America.<ref name=":0">{{PageRef|name=Yamato}}'s background</ref>

The strength of the Seventh Moon is a fraction of the power it once held in Japan.
