And then references Shiv's EGroundDashDuration from Heroes.vdata as 0.700000
This is incorrect, Currently Bucket 3 character's EGroundDashDuration equals 0.72
I checked, hero_shiv as well as Rem(hero_familiar) and Victor(hero_frank) who are also bucket 3, and all had the same value of 0.72

I dont know the correct calculations to figure out what percent slower this bucket 3 dash speed number would be compared to bucket 1 unfortunately.|user=~2026-WarpVindictaCalico474|resolved=false}}
