Duncan Naoki Drummond, a.k.a Hopoo, is a Deadlock developer.
Duncan was the co-founder of Hopoo Games and has since been hired by Valve, along with other former Hopoo Games' staff.
Duncan is the lead developer of the heroes Viper and Magician.[1]
