Conditions:	action = 'edit' & user_editcount < 50 & ((edit_delta <= -2500)\|(old_size >=1500 & new_size<=200)) action = 'edit' & user_editcount < 50 & ((edit_delta <= -2500)\|(old_size >=1500 & new_size<=200))
Notes:	If more than 2500 bytes is removed, or changed more than 1500 bytes to less than 200 bytes and if somebody does all that quite often, it will be filtered.
