May 8, 2025	Renamed from Combat Barrier to Battle Vest. Cost increased from 1250 to 1600 (Global Item change). Condition for bonus stats changed from "While you have Bullet Shield" to "While above 65% Health". No longer grants +275 Bullet Shield (Shields reworked into Barriers). Now grants +18% Bullet Resist. Now grants +3 Out of Combat regen. Conditional Weapon damage reduced from +22% to +15%. Conditional Fire Rate increased from +7% to +8%.
