Golden Statues buffs have 3 levels based on the time the buff is received. Level 1 buffs can be obtained immediately, Level 2 buffs can be obtained after 10 minutes, and Level 3 buffs can be obtained after 30 minutes.
Golden Statues Buffs have 3 levels that depend on the time when the buff drops and increase the stat bonuses. Level 1 buffs can be obtained immediately, Level 2 buffs can be obtained after 10 minutes, and Level 3 buffs can be obtained after 30 minutes.

An additional group of 8 Golden Statues will spawn inside the room above Mid-Boss after 10 minutes (thus they will grant Level 2 buffs).

Stats gained from Golden Statue buffs can be seen by mousing over the Weapon, Vitality, or Spirit stats in the bottom left of the player's UI and then mousing over the appropriate stat.

Sources
Besides the statues, the following sources also grant buffs:

* Golden Goose Egg
* Sinner's Sacrifices
* Mid-Boss
* Soul Urn
* Eternal Gift (Street Brawl)

Buffs received from these sources are random and follow the same level scaling as the statues.

Note: Powerups also grant buffs, but unlike statue buffs those are temporary, have a different scaling, and scale linearly instead of having fixed values.

For Golden Statues specifically, the drop rate only considers which buffs were spawned by the player breaking statues, even if they weren't picked up (meaning that a player can't manipulate the drop rate by not picking up specific buffs).
