Infernus is laid-back and friendly. Infernus is a slender Ixian man with black skin, eyes hidden behind round orange glasses, elaborate glowing red patterns in his arms, and burning cornrow hair under a red fedora with a black band. He wears a black vest and necktie over a red shirt, black pants with a brown belt and suspenders, and black shoes. He carries a hand towel over his left shoulder, and cocktail glasses and mixers in his belt, in which he carries his {{AbilityIcon|Napalm}}. He has an "8" symbol in his belt buckle and in the back of his suspenders. He shoots fire from his right index and middle fingers as a weapon.

In [[The Binding of Oathkeeper|''The Binding of Oathkeeper'']] artwork and in an unused older model, Infernus has a tail with a fiery end.
