The novel is accessible in-game through the console command citadel_book_open 3, but only the audio is available and it is currently incomplete. The audio available so far has been archived on YouTube.

Trivia

• The phrase "unforeseen consequences" in the description of Chapter 3e is a reference to the chapter of the same name in Half-Life, and also used in a notable moment in Half-Life 2: Episode 2 and Half-Life: Alyx.
