Ixians are the origin of what were historically known as Demons. After the first [[Maelstrom]], some Ixians have immigrated to Earth, leading to a new population of Earth-born Ixians. Some Ixians have a supernatural control of fire, manifested in Infernus and in Grey Talon's daughter-in-law. Some Ixians, like Abrams, have blue skin, a tail, and horns. Others, like Infernus, have black skin, no tail and no horns.
