Jezebel's is an old church renovated into a billiard's hall and bar. Shortly before the events of the game take place, Jezebel's is under threat of getting shut down by the Alchemy Bureau due to a large number of infractions, including gambling souls without a licence, distributing souls from Ixia without a permit, and not having the Hex & Alchemy Bureau authorise a ward at the bar's entrance.
