Lash is a burly white man with well-defined muscular limbs and chest. He has a large chin, thick curved brunette moustache, short hair with a front curl and shaved on the sides, small black eyes that are usually almost closed, and sparkles around his head. He wears a blue tank top, dirty dark jeans pants with suspenders and holes in the knees, brown shoes, and a brown leather belt. He carries a large grapple device with ropes in his back, sausages, an open can of green beans, more ropes, and a seemingly blood-soaked red handkerchief. He has anchor tattoos in both his shoulders and smaller tattoos in his back. He wears a pair of golden earrings, a small golden pendant in his neck, and bandages and golden brass knuckles with the name "LASH" in his left hand. His weapon is a large boxing glove-shaped gun he wears in his right arm, possibly based on the [[wikipedia:Sedgley_OSS_.38|Sedgley OSS .38]] pistol.

In chapter 3d, {{HeroIcon|Ivy}} decides to take a job as a process server and is tasked with giving Lash his court summons. Finding Lash "ruminating" on an I-beam, Ivy gives him his court summons and tells Lash that there were a group of people below them who were waiting for him to come down. Lash tells Ivy that that's why he's up there, and he's deciding "whose teeth he's gonna kick in first". Ivy offers to scare the group off, but Lash tells her he isn't running and intends to fight the group by himself.

In Chapter 4e, Lash, accompanied by Ivy, proceeds to fight the group of thugs waiting for Lash. One of the thugs mentions [[Mendoza]], which catches Ivy's attention as she thought Mendoza left New York. After beating up the thugs, Ivy asks Lash if he can take her to Mendoza, to which Lash agrees.

The ending of this chapter is currently unknown.
