McGinnis is a young burly white woman with brown eyes, freckles in her cheeks, and messy short black hair held upwards by a red headband. She wears a blue shirt with sleeves rolled up, jeans overalls with a "Fairfax" logo in the chest, a yellow apron with a brown belt, yellow mechanic gloves, red socks, and dark brown shoes. She carries a bag and a hammer on her sides, and a cylindrical soul-powered machinery in her back that she uses for {{AbilityIcon|Heavy Barrage}}. Her weapon is a minigun.

Her {{AbilityIcon|Mini Turret|l1=Mini Turrets}} and {{AbilityIcon|Medicinal Specter}} are yellow machinery powered by green soul fuel,<ref>{{ConvoCite|hero1=McGinnis|hero2=Abrams|number=2|hero_quote1=Abrams|quote1=How do you not throw out your back carrying all that stuff?|hero_quote2=McGinnis|quote2=It's lighter than it looks.
