At the beginning of the match, the Mid-Boss will spawn underground in the sewers in the center of the map. While the Mid-Boss is alive, a golden Rejuvenator symbol will appear at its location in the minimap.
After ' minutes have elapsed in a match, the Mid-Boss will spawn underground in the sewers in the center of the map. Its arrival is announced through a loud roar, followed by the Patron's announcement, "The Mid-Boss has arrived". While Mid-Boss is alive, a golden Rejuvenator symbol will appear at its location in the minimap.

The path to the Mid-Boss' pit can be found in entrances marked with the Rejuvenator sign, at the Blue lane. These entrances will also have a glowing Rejuvenator symbol above them when the Mid-Boss has respawned.
