== Overview ==
The New York Municipal Coven works as the primary caretakers of New York. Their main priority is to keep the city clean, one of the notable examples being disposing of souls through Spirit Urns. The Municipal Coven oftentimes tasks "runners" to deliver the urns to designated delivery locations for a safe and speedy disposal.

It's assumed that the Coven primarily consists of witches or those who practice witchcraft, as a coven is a formal term for the structured gathering of witches.<ref>[[Soul Urn]]/Quotes ({{HeroIcon|Mina}}, line 4) -- "The witches at the Municipal Coven will ''never'' believe that I bumped into you!"</ref> 

The [[Soul Urn]] is property, or rather a "worker", of the Municipal Coven.
