The New York Municipal Coven works as the primary caretakers of New York. They are currently led by "Simon", who is the municipal Viscount.
The Soul Urn is property, or rather a "worker", of the Municipal Coven.
During the festive season, the Municipal Coven were looking for volunteers to spend time with stray familiars in their Soho shelter. [1]

Trapper is a Municipal Coven employee. His duties include building Spirit Urns, luring giant rats, and capturing invasive species from other realms.[2] Staff were given the option to work on Maelstrom day, which Trapper volunteered to do.[3]
Trapper believes the Municipal Coven needs to be respected more.[4]
