| The item provides a passive effect that creates an additional bullet when the hero shoots their weapon, and the additional bullet will mimic the bullets created by the current weapon. The Mystic Shot bullet appears as a glowing purple version of the hero's regular bullets.

| For most weapons, the Mystic bullet can follow the trajectory of any bullet, which can make it fly off-center for weapons with significant spread over time, such as {{HeroIcon|McGinnis}}'. The exception are spreadshot weapons such as {{HeroIcon|Abrams}}' and {{HeroIcon|Shiv}}'s, in which the Mystic pellet is always fired at the center of the crosshair.
