== Notes ==

* Non-charged abilities that gain charges through Omnicharge Signet will receive benefits from {{ItemIcon|Extra Charge}} and {{ItemIcon|Rapid Recharge}}.
* Abilities with build-up charges instead of cooldowns, such as {{HeroIcon|Graves}}' {{AbilityIcon|Jar of Dead}} and {{HeroIcon|Wraith}}'s {{AbilityIcon|Card Trick}}, are treated as uncharged abilities.
* Abilities that become charged on upgrades, such as {{HeroIcon|Infernus}}' {{AbilityIcon|Flame Dash}} and {{HeroIcon|Yamato}}'s {{AbilityIcon|Flying Slash}}, are treated as uncharged abilities, even if already upgraded.
