== Notes ==
* The Spirit Amp is calculated multiplicatively with other sources of Spirit Resist and Spirit Amp (i.e. Escalating Exposure).
* The Spirit Lifesteal from the debuff is independent from the diminishing returns from other sources of spirit lifesteal. It will always grant the player a flat + 18% spirit lifesteal.
* The debuff only affects each player's own spirit damage. Teammates '''cannot''' benefit from this debuff, even if they own their own Soul Shredder Bullets item.
* The debuff can be applied with melee attacks, as well as abilities that are considered melee attacks.
