Superior Cooldown is a Tier 3 Spirit Relic that costs 3,000 Souls and requires the Tier 2 Spirit Relic: Improved Cooldown (1,250 souls), for a total of 4,250 Souls. 

When purchasing, must imbue an ability with a cooldown. 

When purchased you gain +12 Spirit Power and +4 Health Regen, the imbued ability has 32% Cooldown Reduction, the non-imbued abilities have 24% Cooldown Reduction.
