Needed Pages

Making a little tally of the additional pages we probably need - feel free to add / delete as they get done.

1. Rejuvenator needs citations
2. Pages for items all need to have a unified look,an Update History table and accurate up to date description. Please visit Talk:Items for guidelines and reference material.

Images of Upcoming Heroes

Is it OK to upload additional images of unreleased heroes (i.e. screenshots from Hero Sandbox or a model viewer)? DingoHazel (talk) 05:23, 15 October 2024 (UTC)

I don't see any harm in uploading images, but considering how character designs and artwork are still a last priority for the developers, if your goal is to document official images they might get outdated quickly. Hero Labs Navbox

Someone added a fake character called "Operative" to the Hero Labs navbox. I don't know how to edit the templates, so I hope someone can fix it. --Gammaton32 (talk) 23:12, 23 November 2024 (UTC)

I'd like a light mode of the Wiki. I think this was an option before, but I don't see it now, so I'm unsure if it was removed or I just cannot find it.

Item navbox improvements?

The hero navbox is quite nice and legible, but the item navboxes are relatively basic with the tabs and small icons - it would be great if they were brought closer to the style of the hero box, particularly with having the full-size item icons with the names at the bottom, similar to how they show up in-game.

We have a version with full size cards at Template:Item Navbox v2, which you can find in the Items page, but we've decided to keep the current version for now since it takes less space and is more optimized. --Gammaton32 (talk) 18:07, 22 May 2026 (UTC)

I have astigmatism and the wiki is difficult to read because of the dark background. I have to look away every minute because of eye strain.

The wiki is very helpful, but adding more hero ability videos would be great.

This is not a feature we currently have planned, since it would take a significant amount of work and would quickly get outdated when abilities are updated/reworked. Maybe in the future though. --Gammaton32 (talk) 20:57, 27 May 2026 (UTC)

can you guys remove the "loading" text on the hover? it makes the site look clunkier that it is. having it removed an hover only displaying when the data is there would give the illusion of better performance

I feel like fixed width shouldn't be the default. I do not like whitespace and yeah, it's optional and I can disable it with a click, but the problem is that the wiki appears to be designed only with fixed width in mind so at least the main page looks a bit uncanny if you disable it on 1920x1080

We prefer to keep fixed width as the default layout. We may improve the full width version of the main page, but we want the layout to be consistent. --Gammaton32 (talk) 23:37, 20 July 2026 (UTC)

Feedback

In Denizen can you add a calculator where there's a slider for the time ingame and then it shows you the soul value for that time for small/medium/large denizen? Something like https://minecraft.wiki/w/Calculators/Jump_Boost

Ok not this page specifically

There seems to be a big issue (at least for me) that on Mobile, any time I try and open the "quotes" part of a Character's wiki page it just, doesnt. It'll say "connection issue" or "Loading issue". Dont think its a wifi issue since I tried this on my good home wifi and it was still doing it. This happened previously too when that page was called "conversations"

Maybe something to do with loading the voice lines? I do not get this issue when trying to open any other pages.

Yes, those pages are really slow to load even on desktop because they have hundreds of individual files. The only solution would be having a custom audio player or link, but that would require significant coding work. If anyone has suggestions or workarounds, that would be appreciated. For now, I recommend using Deadlock Voiceline Viewer instead.

when hovering on a hero, if we scroll, dont scroll the page scroll the small info box if it can be scrolled

please change font used for quotes because italics look ugly. also feedback button disappears from main page when using temp account

Italics are no longer in use, and the feedback button on the main page is now gone for both logged and unlogged users.

Please don't remove the Item Navbox from the Main Page.

the 7/28 patch notes on this website says the Shiv stamina regen from 5.5s ---> 6s is a buff. (green up arrow) when it is a nerf.

Sidebar Feedback

I think that the wiki would benefit from an expanded sidebar. Specifically to include some of the more high-traffic pages featured on the main page (such as Heroes, Items, and Mechanics). This change is mainly for easier access to these pages when already viewing another page, so that viewers don't need to return to the main page or use the search bar. My recommendation for placement would be to set it in-between the Recent Changes and Editing sections. --Joe Rippa (talk) 03:51, 10 September 2026 (UTC)
