The Doorman appears as a slender young white man with somewhat long limbs, broad shoulders, glowing blue eyes that lack irises, perfectly symmetrical red hair with the exception of a front curl, and perfectly symmetrical freckles on his cheeks. He wears a classic bellhop uniform with a dark red jacket and round hat with gold and black accents, black pants with a golden stripe on the sides, black shoes, and white gloves. His jacket has a keyhole-shaped pin on his chest and keyhole-shaped buttons. He carries a glowing golden keyring behind his left hip.

His weapon is a bespoke handgun attached to another keyring, that shoots key-shaped projectiles, and floats as a golden halo behind his head when he uses {{AbilityIcon|Hotel Guest}}. He reloads his gun by throwing it in a small door portal, and then grabbing it as it exits through another door portal over his hand.

The Doorman's true appearance is unknown.
