== Notes ==
* When bought, Cooldown Reduction is applied retroactively to abilities already on cooldown.
* It reduces all item cooldowns, for both passive and active effects.
* It does not affect [[Charge-Up]] items, such as {{ItemIcon|Tankbuster}} and {{ItemIcon|Mercurial Magnum}}.
