Victor: 
Pain Battery T3 heal reduced from 20% to 18%- Victor:
Jumpstart cooldown increased from 22s to 23s - Victor:
Aura of Suffering self damage can no longer be reduced by spirit resistance (same as Jumpstart) - Victor: Aura of Suffering self damage reduced from 85% to 80%
- Fixed Wall Jumps not refunding stamina if a mantle or zipline occurs within the refund window (similar to how we treat other stamina refunds)
