Victor is a tall muscular man with long black hair, a brown left eye with a dilated pupil, a blue right eye, dark eyeliner, and stitches in his mouth corners. His stitched-up body parts are pale white and gray, with the exception of his blue right forearm and hand with elaborate tattoos. He has large scars over his torso and back, and smaller markings over his body. He wears stitched-up black pants with lowered suspenders and black boots. He has large metal bolts in his back, neck and left arm, which is also covered in barbed wire. When he dies with {{AbilityIcon|Shocking Reanimation}}, his body parts float apart and come back together. His weapon is a pneumatic stapler.
