Viscous' current model is a modified version of {{HeroIcon|Kelvin}}'s [[Neon Prime|''Neon Prime'']] model. Viscous has had two proposed redesigns in the files, one in which he had a large body with a coral arm and an octopus-like creature inside his head, and another in which he was characterized as a tourist wearing shorts, sunglasses, an orange cap and a portable camera. His current portrait artwork and icon depict Viscous with a bulky featureless goo body, more similar to his current model.
