October 10, 2024	Cooldown increased from 212s to 230s.
September 26, 2024	Bullet Resist increased from 8% to 16%. Spirit Resist reduced from 16% to 8%.
September 12, 2024	Cost reduced from 6.3k to 6.2k souls (global T4 item change). Updated Refresher effects colors from green to purple.
August 29, 2024	Now grants +8% Bullet Resist.
August 15, 2024	Added Refresher cast sound. Spirit Resist increased from 14% to 16%.
August 1, 2024	Cooldown reduced from 220s to 200s. Spirit Resist increased from 12% to 14%.
