An
Ability Point is used to level up a hero's abilities. This generally makes the abilities stronger and more versatile. Ability points are gained by leveling up the hero via souls.
Leveling an ability requires varying amount of Ability Points for each subsequent level, requiring 1, 2, and 5 ability points respectively. When leveling an ability, the player can refund the upgrade up to 10 seconds after spending points, if they haven't used any abilities in that time window.
Ability point storage can be found at the bottom of your screen just underneath your abilities.
Obtaining Ability Points
The most common way to gain ability points is by leveling up. Delivering the Soul Urn will grant the courier 1 ability point in addition to souls.
It costs 32 ability points in total in order to max out all of the abilities in the hero's kit. The player can unlock all 32 ability points by leveling up.
