Condition for bonus stats changed from "While you have Bullet Shield" to "While above 65% Health". No longer grants +275 Bullet Shield (Shields reworked into Barriers). Now grants +18% Bullet Resist. Now grants +3 Out of Combat regen. Conditional Weapon damage reduced from +22% to +15%. Conditional Fire Rate increased from +7% to +8%.
