Grey Talon's 
Rain of Arrows T3 gives him 30% Bullet Evasion for the duration of the ability.
Haze's 
Bullet Dance T3 gives her 40% Bullet Evasion for the duration of the ability.
Mirage's 
Dust Devil gives him 30% Bullet Evasion for 3.5s after emerging from the tornado.
