Cultist Sacrifice is a Tier 3 Weapon Item that grants increased Weapon Damage, Bullet Resistance against NPCs, and Out of Combat Health Regen.

It can be purchased from the Shop for  3,200.

Notes

• The buff is lost upon death
• Cultist Sacrifice applies additional damage to Non-Player Characters. This includes Troopers, lane structures like Guardians, Walkers, neutral entities such as Denizen, and the Patron.
• Player-created NPCs, such as McGinnis Mini Turret, are not affected.
