Heroic Aura is a Tier 3 Weapon Item that grants Bullet Lifesteal, bonus Health, and Move Speed to the purchasing hero, along with a powerful boost to Fire rate for nearby friendly Minions, such as 
McGinnis 
Mini Turret.
Heroic Aura has an Active component which can be used to provide bonus movement speed and fire rate to yourself and nearby allies for a short time.
It can be purchased from the Shop for 3,000.
