Inhibitor's effect appears as a downward red arrow in the player's back and cause the player's model to lose color saturation.

== Notes ==
* Inhibitor's [[Damage Reduction]] effect does '''not''' apply to enemy players with [[Unstoppable]] activated if they dealt [[Spirit Damage]]. However, the effect does still apply to [[Weapon Damage]], including [[Melee Damage]]. The [[Healing Reduction]] will always apply.
* There are exceptions where Inhibitor does not apply, such as {{AbilityIcon|Gutshot}}'s base and wall hit damage and the base damage of {{AbilityIcon|Ira Domini}} (it does reduce the [[Pure Damage]]). More testing is needed to determine how many exceptions there are.

== Buildup Per Shot ==
The item has a different [[Build-Up|buildup]] per shot depending on which hero purchased the item. The status only triggers once a buildup reaches 100% on an enemy player, and the buildup decays back to 0 if an enemy hasn't been shot for some time. Melee attacks count as 1 shot.

Once Inhibited, subsequent shots refresh the duration of the effect.
