Johann Geist Jr. is a doctor born in New York.^[1] He is the son of Walter Geist, and the grandson of Johann Geist and Lady Jeanne Geist.

Johann Jr.'s known patients include Lady Geist and Ms. Shelly. Like his father before him, Johann Jr. repairs and maintains the ward Lady Geist uses to contain Oathkeeper.

Johann shows contempt towards Oathkeeper and has gotten into arguments with Lady Geist in the past over him.^[2]

Lady Geist refers to Johann as one of the best doctors in New York.^[3]

Johann holds his father in high regard.^[4]
