Jump Pads, also known as Bounce Pads, Launch Pads or Air Vents, are structures on the Map that launch a player in the air in a specific direction, indicated by the wind above the pad.

Overview

[edit | edit source]

The landing location is usually indicated by a white graffiti on the ground. The player can air strafe by looking and moving to a different direction mid-jump.

Taking damage in the first 0.9s after using a Jump Pad will stun the player until 0.2s after landing, apply a 30% slow for 2s, and deal 15% Max Health damage (reducible by Spirit Resist).

Getting damaged during the initial launch window (0.6s) after using a Jump Pad will cause you to be stunned (similar to ziplines having an initial knockoff period). When you are stunned, you will lose control and continue towards the landing destination. The stun will wear off 0.2s after landing, and then a 30% slow for 2s will apply. Damage over time does not trigger this (same damage rules as ziplines).
